Farmacología: la vitamina c es un activo biorregulador, pudiendo considerarse como un verdadero tónico celular fisiológico. Actúa principalmente de los siguientes modos: oxidorreductor y regulador de la respiración celular. Farmacocinetica: absorción: el ácido ascórbico se absorbe fundamentalmente en los segmentos superiores del intestino delgado por transporte activo que depende de los iones de sodio. En concentraciones elevadas la absorción se efectúa por difusión pasiva. Contraindicaciones: A las dosis recomendadas no se presentan. |
