Manufacturer's Information: For adults, take one tablet daily, preferably with a meal and drink plenty of fluids. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers. Store in a dry place and avoid excessive heat. USP. Dietary supplement. 325 mg Ferrous sulfate. Red blood cells. Helps maintain iron-rich blood. Dried ferrous sulfate 202 mg is equivalent to 325 mg liquid ferrous sulfate, which provides 65 mg of elemental iron tablet. Vegetarian formula. This is a USP quality supplement for ferrous sulfate tablets. Laboratory tested. Iron is an essential part of the blood's oxygen delivery system. Iron delivers oxygen to the cells, including muscle cells, and is important for energy production. Each easy-to-swallow tablet contains 65 mg of elemental iron for high potency iron supplementation. No yeast, wheat, milk or milk derivatives, lactose, sugar, preservatives, soy, artificial flavor, salt. (These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
